Ophelia Binkley-Webb
Ophelia A. Binkley-Webb received her BS in Psychology and Social Work from Houston Baptist University. She earned her MA in Psychology at Texas Southern University and MLA from Houston Baptist University. She became a full time instructor at Wharton County Junior College in August 2012. She teaches General Psychology, Human Growth and Development, Learning Framework, Social Psychology, and Human Sexuality.
